 xpected to welcome 459 participants\, bringing together IEEE members from 
 various technical and engineering disciplines. The event serves as a fanta
 stic platform to foster collaboration\, exchange ideas\, and strengthen th
 e bonds within the IEEE community.\n\nOur distinguished opening session fe
