DESCRIPTION:The IEEE Pune Section's Annual Student Congress (IPSC’23) is 
 the flagship event of the IEEE Pune Section and the IEEE Pune Section Stud
 ents Activities Committee. Its primary objective is to establish a common 
 platform for all student members of IEEE Pune Section to nurture a culture
  of togetherness\, foster collaboration\, mutual learning\, and reinforce 
 the section's foundations. This event will act as a catalyst for nurturing
  innovation and developing leadership skills among enthusiastic students. 
 It will also provide additional avenues for students to construct their id
 entities and represent the section as volunteers on both national and glob
