 th Nelson\, CJ Sasso\n\n-  Report by Bonnie and Chris on the value of atte
 nding the WIE Forum in Pittsburgh\, October 26-28\n- Opportunity to meet w
 ith R2 WIE group leaders and organizers\; WIE LV is apparently well known 
 for being very active!\n- Excellent sessions and exhibits\n- Impressive pr
 esentations and panels by women making a difference in diverse careers\n- 
 Ideas for future directions and collaborations with other R2 WIE groups\n\
 n-  Discussion of elections: WIE board will continue in their present role
 s. When the Section announces call for nominations in 2024\, we will do th
 e same.\n\n-  Chris raised the topic of exploring an outreach project targ
 eted at middle school girls (such as Lego Challenge) which could encourage
  students to become involved with WIE. CJ Sasso talked about his past invo
 lvement with First Robotics at the high school level\, and his interest in
  being involved with similar programs with WIE.\n\n-  CJ also mentioned a 
 project with high schoolers to provide broadband access to underserved com
 munities. Bonnie also had experience with such projects at AT&amp;T.\n\n-  Gen
