 k me Anything! Series\n\nIEEE’s strength come from having strong volunte
 er leadership\, with the support of all of our members. The members of our
  region are represented by a number of elected volunteer leaders. In this 
 session\, we will meet Keith Moore\, IEEE-USA President (2024) and Christo
 pher Sanderson\, Region 5 Vice-Chair/Director-Elect (2024-2025). The sessi
 on will be moderated by Matt Francis\, Region 5 2024-2025 director.\n\nDur
 ing this one-hour WebEx forums\, you will have the opportunity to hear dir
 ectly from these new members of our 2024 leadership. This is a great oppor
 tunity to hear about their vision for their terms\, as well as the opportu
 nities and challenges within the Region (the US Southwest) and the USA (Re
 gions 1-6).\n\nSpeakers:\n\nKeith Moore:\n\nKeith is senior engineer at th
 e US Army Information Systems Engineering Command. His career has taken hi
 m around the world to establish and maintain communications systems. He ha
 s served in volunteer and other organizations to work for the good of all 
 stakeholders. These experiences have involved organizations such as federa
 l and state governments\, Big Brothers/Big Sisters\, churches\, Civil Air 
 Patrol\, Scouts\, Cyber Patriot\, and others. He has served as a Big Broth
 er\, engineer\, missionary\, science fair judge\, Future City mentor\, coa
 ch\, and firefighter/EMT. Keith holds a BSECE and an MBA. He obtained prof
 essional engineer status as granted by the Arizona State Board of Technica
 l Registration and has served as an adjunct engineering professor.\n\nChis
 topher Sanderson:\n\nChristopher has a distinguished career spanning over 
 30 years in the electrical industry. He is a proud alumnus of Prairie View
  A&amp;M University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Whil
 e in the military\, he received a commission as an officer in the US Army 
 Air Defense Artillery Core\, where he attained both enlisted and officer r
 anks and earned multiple honorable tours of duty. Christopher held pivotal
  roles increasing customer engagement service and sales along with communi
 ty impact in various Fortune 500 corporations\, including Schneider Electr
 ic\, GE\, SIEMENS\, ABB\, and EATON. His business acumen has earned him mu
 ltiple community service chairman awards\, among them the Alliance Award\,
  Gerald Phillippe Award\, and Hilltopper Award.\n\nIn IEEE\, Christopher&#39;s
  contributions have amplified membership engagement initiatives including 
 Young Professionals and STEM and resulted in several R5 recognition awards
 \, including the Jim Leonard Award\, the R5 Directors Outstanding Service 
 Award\, and the IEEE-USA John Meredith Award.\n\nMatt Francis:\n\nMatt is 
 founder and President/CEO of Ozark Integrated Circuits\, Inc\, where he le
 ads development of high-temperature semiconductor computing solutions for 
 energy\, defense\, aerospace and space applications. Dr. Francis also serv
 es as a Board Member (elect) and Director (2024-2025) for the IEEE (Region
  5 USA Southwest).. He is the IEEE-USA representative to the IEEE Industry
  Engagement Committee and past chair of the IEEE MGA Chapter Operations Su
 pport Committee. In 2022 he was the recipient of the IEEE-USA Entrepreneur
 ship Spirit Award for the ground breaking work of his company\, his mentor
 ing of students through his local robotics club\, and his mentoring for sm
