DESCRIPTION:We\, the IEEE SUPCOM WIE Affinity Group\, in collaboration with
  the IEEE ENIT WIE Affinity Group\, are excited to announce the upcoming W
 IE Debate at ENIT on November 15th. This event aims to provide a platform 
 for intellectual discourse\, public speaking\, and the promotion of gender
  equality in the engineering field. The competition will feature four team
 s\, with six participants each\, totaling 24 individuals\, evenly split be
 tween ENIT and SUPCOM.\n\nRules:\n1. Team Composition: Each team will cons
 ist of six members\, with three designated debaters who will present argum
 ents during the debate.\n2. Speaking Time: Each debater will have a speaki
 ng time of three minutes to present their arguments.\n3. Total Participant
 s: The event will involve a total of 24 participants\, with 12 representin
 g ENIT and 12 representing SUPCOM.\n4. Rounds: The competition will consis
 t of two rounds\, allowing participants to engage in thought-provoking dis
 cussions on various topics related to engineering and women&#39;s empowerment.
 \n5. Brainstorming Time: Prior to each debate\, participants will have 20 
 minutes for brainstorming and preparation.\n6. Spectators: Spectators who 
 are not part of the competing teams are welcome to attend and witness the 
 debates.\n\nTopics:\n\n1.Subtopic: AI Impact on Women: Navigating Empowerm
 ent and Challenges\n\nThesis: AI technologies can empower women by enhanci
 ng personal security\, preventing online harassment\, and providing tailor
 ed solutions for women&#39;s healthcare and well-being. The use of AI can cont
 ribute to a safer and more inclusive digital environment for women\, foste
 ring opportunities for education and economic participation.\n\nAntithesis
 : The integration of AI presents urgent concerns\, encompassing privacy in
 vasion\, the impending threat of job displacement\, and the perpetuation o
 f algorithmic biases leading to discriminatory consequences.\n\n2.Subtopic
