  and efficient procedures for interconnection testing of Distributed Energ
 y Resources (DERs) will increase. Conflict and challenges may arise due to
  a lack of alignment between stakeholders (IPP and Utility) and a failure 
 to appreciate the counterparties’ obligations and priorities. This prese
 ntation reviews some of the common testing criteria through the lens of ea
