 ved. Last year\, the attendees loved this event where we received outstand
 ing feedback and to improve the meeting\, we switched to an earlier start 
 time to insure we have a quieter environment.\n\nWe will lead interesting 
 discussions of recent engineering job growth and the new opportunities pre
 sented by this growth for both the young graduating student and the experi
 enced engineer with many years of experience but want to focus on consulti
 ng.. This mix of the young ECE Students joining mature engineers will be s
 ure to generate ideas and offer great motivation! Katalin and Joe will lea
 d the discussions on working for large &amp; small corporations and what it is
  like starting your own consulting corporation. We will also discuss how I
 EEE offers the research tools and resources to assist the life-long learne
 r and to build your domain knowledge and expertise through the expert use 
 of IEEE XPLORE!\n\nKatalin is currently employed by Lockheed and Joe has r
 etired from Motorola\, British Petroleum and General Electric (awarded the
  GE Edison Award in 2007 for his GE patents and associated profits) before
  starting his consulting business\, RFSigint Group. Also\, Joe is an adjun
