The first phase included the ๐ฌ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ ๐ฅ ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ and the second phase was the ๐‘๐”๐„๐“ ๐‹๐š๐›๐จ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ.\n\nThrough experiments and hands-on experiences\, school visit days organized by the IEEE RUET Student Branch encouraged students to explore their interests. T hey were shown experiments based on ๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐›๐ฎ๐ฅ๐› ๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ-๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฅ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ง ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ\, ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐ž ๐ซ๐ฌ\, ๐‹๐…๐‘ and various electrical themes enhancing their unde rstanding of electrical engineering. Students participated in Q&A sessions \, which offered them further insights. We designed quiz questions based o n the training subjects\, covering key ideas and accommodating varying com prehension levels. Then through the Quiz competition\, students were short listed to 25 students. They were brought to RUET for lab visits as the sec ond phase of the event. The top 3 students were further awarded based on a quiz competition regarding the lab visits and ๐’๐“๐„๐Œ questions. \n\n๐‘๐”๐„๐“ Lab Visit Day:\nThose students were brought to ๐‘ ๐”๐„๐“ for lab visits on ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’ ๐Ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘\, it was led by the dedicated volunteers of the ๐ˆ๐„๐„ ๐„ ๐‘๐”๐„๐“ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐š๐ง๐œ ๐ก to show the ๐Œ๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐ฅ๐š๐› and ๐„๐ฅ ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐œ๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐š๐›.
