 da item #2: Proposal to implement an event calendar.\n\nDiscussions: Durin
 g the meeting\, Prof. Sonali Agarwal\, Vice Chairman\, proposed the implem
 entation of an event calendar for our chapter\, emphasizing its potential 
 benefits in providing a structured overview of upcoming activities\, works
 hops\, and meetings. The initiative aims to enhance communication\, stream
 line planning\, and foster greater engagement within our community.\n\nAct
 ion item: This executive committee members will evaluate the practicality\
 , resources required\, and potential benefits of adopting an event calenda
 r for the chapter. The findings will be presented in the next meeting to m
 ake an informed decision on whether to proceed with the initiative.\n\nAge
 nda item #3: Proposal to organize technically sponsored events in the upco
 ming year 2024.\n\nDiscussions: Prof. Praveen Kumar Shukla\, Convenor\, CI
 S workshop/Conference Activities and Society Promotion\, has kindly agreed
  to take the lead in coordinating with Prof. Nishchal K. Verma\, Treasurer
 \, Prof. Vrijendra Singh\, Convener\, IEEE UP Section CIS Chapter Award Co
 mmittee\, and Prof. Sonali Agarwal\, Vice Chairman\, to finalize the theme
 s and topics for the upcoming technically sponsored events. They will coll
 aboratively determine potential dates\, venues\, and guest speakers for ea
 ch event. Additionally\, Prof. Praveen Kumar Shukla will oversee the alloc
 ation of resources\, budget considerations\, and logistics involved in org
 anizing these events.\n\nAction item: The success of these events is cruci
 al for the chapter&#39;s growth and engagement\, and the entire executive comm
 ittee is encouraged to actively support and participate in the planning an
