 023) is a premier international academic conference organized by Mahasarak
 ham University\, Thailand and the Electrical Engineering Academic Associat
 ion (Thailand)\, EEAAT. The iEECON2023 will provide a forum for researcher
 s\, engineers and industry experts to discuss recent developments\, new id
 eas and breakthroughs in Electrical Engineering technologies.\n\nEach manu
 script will be peer-reviewed\, and revised according to the reviewers’ c
 omments. Abstract of all submission accepted and presented will be publish
 ed in the abstract book of iEECON2023\, and full manuscript will be submit
 ted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore database. Selected papers will be publi
 shed in TCI journals.\n\nThe iEECON2023 will be held in Krabi\, Thailand. 
 Krabi Province\, which lies along the coast of the Andaman Sea in southern
  Thailand\, is a top tourist destination as a result of its plentiful natu
 ral attractions\, including white sandy beaches\, crystal clear water\, ex
 tensive coral reefs\, numerous caves\, waterfalls\, and over 130 islands\,
  including Koh Lanta and the jewels of the Andaman coast\, the six islands
