DESCRIPTION:Terahertz spectrum is an important strategic resource\, and the
  International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is responsible for the alloca
 tion and coordination of spectrum resources\, which deserves attention. Te
 rahertz chip design is the industrial application of the &quot;neck&quot; technology
 \, Beijing Key Laboratory of Millimeter Wave and Terahertz\, Beijing Insti
 tute of Technology\, from the development of terahertz Schottky diode\, in
 dependently developed a number of types of terahertz core devices\, in par
 ticular\, the use of time/division/frequency/quasi-optical synthesis of th
 e development of the ultra-broadband terahertz frequency source\; based on
  these results\, developed the first 500GHz terahertz frequency source in 
 China. Based on the above achievements\, we have developed the first 500GH
 z terahertz radar in China\, and participated in the development task of t
 he payload of the world&#39;s first geostationary meteorological satellite Fen
 gyun-4. Terahertz communication and 6G have become the hotspots of current
  research\, and terahertz array beam tracking\, sensing and communication 
 integration have become the core technologies\, and finally the future app
