Raisa Fabiha (Chair-WIE Richmond Section\, Co-Chair WIE Subcommittee on Regional Activities) shared R10 activities of importance along with the be st practices. Thereafter\, Prof SN Singh (ABV-IIITM Director\, Adviser IEE E UP Section) gave motivating speech on Women and STEM Research. His talk was full of innovative ideas. Prof Satish Kumar (IEEE UP Section Chair) hi ghlighted the efforts of IEEE UP Section. Sudeshana Chaudhary (R10 WIE Ind ia Council Chair)\, Mini Unnat (Past WIE IC Chair)\, K C Mishra\, Prabhaka r Tiwari\, MA Ansari and other IEEE ExCom members UP Section\, various ent repreneurs\, and leading ladies at home and well as professionally\, broug ht their own very real experience to the table. Various WIE Chairs and mem bers shared about their best practices and challenges.
