 on of the European Microwave Week (EuMW 2023) was held in Berlin 17-22 Sep
 tember\, 2023. EuMW 2023 comprised three co-located conferences: European 
 Microwave Conference (EuMC)\, European Microwave Integrated Circuits Confe
 rence (EuMIC) and European Radar Conference (EuRAD). In addition\, EuMW 20
 23 included the Defence\, Security and Space Forum\; Automotive Forum\; 5G
  to 6G Forum\; and an exhibition with about 300 companies. EuMW 2023 provi
 ded the opportunity to participate in conferences\, workshops\, short cour
 ses and special events.\n\nThere was a Joint Women in Microwaves (WiM) and
  Young Professionals (YP) Event Tuesday 19 September from 13:30 to 15:00. 
 The main event was a 90-minute moderated panel session with female industr
 y representatives. They shared insights into their careers\, companies and
  industries and provided tips for YP pursuing a career in the industry.\n\
