 (Chair\, IEEE UK and Ireland Section) will briefly present the IEEE UK and
  Ireland Section and associated volunteer opportunities followed by Dr Pri
 ncy Johnson (Chair\, Uk and Ireland Women in Engineering)\, who will brief
 ly present &quot;Toolkits for building leadership capabilities&quot; to stimulate di
 scussion regarding potential capacity building opportunities.\n\nPaul will
  then deliver an SSIT Distinguished Lecture &quot;mHealth4Afrika - Issues assoc
 iated with Technology Adoption in Resource Constrained Environments&quot;.\n\nT
 his meeting will take place in University of Manchester at 1pm on 20 Febru
