 r Imaging and Therapy Center (uWAMIT). His research interests include diag
 nostic and therapeutic ultrasound as well as ultrasound-mediated drug deli
 very. Dr. Averkiou was recently awarded a large NIH R01 grant to treat liv
 er cancer through ultrasound and microbubbles.\n\nDr. Averkiou will presen
 t &quot;Quantification of the blood supply of liver tumors with contrast-enhanc
 ed ultrasound: Simplifying LIRADS and evaluating systemic therapies.&quot;\n\nT
 his meeting will be at the University of Washington in Seattle. The meetin
