 tem Automation and Protection (APAP2023).\n\nAPAP2023 will be held on Octo
 ber 8-12\, Xuchang\, China\, which is sponsored by Tsinghua University and
  IEEE Beijing Section\, hosted by Xuchang KETOP Electrical Reearch Institu
 te Co.Ltd\, Power System Protection and Control Magazine and IEEE PES Chin
 a Satellite Technical Committee\n\n- Power System Relaying & Control. The 
 conference will be published by IEEE\, All the accepted papers will be ind
 exed by El Compendex and IEEE Xplore\, and excellent papers will be publis
 hed by Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems and indexed by SCI.\
 n\nAPAP2023 is devoted to the advanced protection and automation technolog
 y in power system\, including AC/DC hybrid power system\, resilient distri
 bution network\, clean energy generation\, rail transit electrical system 
 and future power system\, etc.\n\nThe holding of APAP2023 has been support
 ed by many people and organizations. Firstly\, it is our great pleasure to
  announce 8 very prominent keynote speakers. They are: Xiaoxin Zhou\, Mlad
 en Kezunovic\, Qinghua Wu\, Peter Crossley\, Zhihuai Shu\, Zhe Chen\, Camp
 bell Booth and Yi Zhang.\n\nAlso\, we wish to thank the organizing committ
 ee chaired by Zhiging Yao\, for their excellent work.\n\nOur special thank
