DESCRIPTION:This event is for organizing the workshop on “EEG Training”
under the auspices of the IEEE CIS Chapter\, MP Section\, and IITI Drisht
i CPS Foundation. The primary objectives of the EEG Training Workshop are
as follows:\n\n- Skill Development: Provide participants with comprehensiv
e training in EEG (Electroencephalography) techniques\, methodologies\, an
d data analysis\, enhancing their proficiency in utilizing EEG technology
for research and practical applications.\n- EEG Signal and Machine Learnin
g: Introduce participants to the integration of EEG signal processing tech
niques with machine learning algorithms\, exploring how machine learning c
an enhance EEG data analysis\, classification\, and interpretation for app
lications such as brain-computer interfaces\, cognitive neuroscience\, and
clinical diagnostics.\n- Knowledge Enrichment: Offer insights into the th
eoretical foundations and practical aspects of EEG\, including signal proc
essing techniques\, artifact identification\, and interpretation of brainw
ave patterns\, thereby expanding participants' understanding of neurophysi
ology and neuroscience research methodologies.\n- Hands-on Experience: Fac
ilitate hands-on sessions and practical exercises where participants can a
pply acquired knowledge and skills to analyze EEG data\, interpret results
\, and gain practical experience in EEG experimentation under the guidance
of experienced instructors.\n- Networking and Collaboration: Foster colla
boration and networking opportunities among participants\, instructors\, a
nd researchers in the EEG and neuroscience community\, enabling knowledge
sharing\, idea exchange\, and potential collaborations for future research
endeavors.\n\nCo-sponsored by: Dr. M. Tanveer\n\nIndian Institute of Tech
