 uests in hybrid mode. The following guests were present in this ceremony.\

 kdar\, Chair\, IEEE Silchar Subsection\n\n5. Prof. Iti Saha Misra\, Chair\
 , IEEE Kolkata Section\n\n6. Prof. Deepak Mathur\, IEEE Vice President Ele
 ct-MGA\n\nThe welcome address was given by Dr. Kundan Kumar\, Assistant Pr
 ofessor\, and\n\nStudent Branch Counselor\, NIT Manipur. An inaugural addr
 ess was given by Prof. Rajesh Kumar Bhushan\, Dean (Acad)\, NIT Manipur\, 
 and Prof. Goutam Sutradhar\, Director\, NIT Manipur. The presidential addr
 ess was given by Professor Deepak Mathur. He has elaborated on the necessi
 ty and benefits of the formation of an IEEE Unit on[] any academic Campus.
  Professor Mishra and Prof. Talukdar have also highlighted the benefits an
 d opportunities for the IEEE members. At the end of the program vote of th
 anks was presented by Mr. Vikram Kumar Saxena\, Interim Chair\, IEEE Stude
 nt Branch and PhD student\, NIT Manipur.\n\nThe IEEE Student Branch Inaugu
 ration Ceremony at NIT Manipur was a resounding success\, achieving its ob
 jectives of officially launching the branch\, creating awareness\, providi
