 les while assigning tasks to relevant individuals or committees. In parall
 el\, we're driving volunteer recruitment efforts\, encouraging participati
 on in events like Xtreme and SIGHT\, and motivating CS members to apply fo
 r volunteering opportunities within IEEE projects\, coding competitions\, 
 and other events. Furthermore\, we're keen on meeting project deadlines\, 
 promoting opportunities such as the IEEE Student Grant\, open to 3rd and 4
 th-year students with a $500 reward\, and considering potential events lik
 e SPAx in April. Finally\, we're committed to transparent reporting\, prio
 ritizing the uploading of all activities to Vtools\, with a focus on onlin
