 ddition to traditional sessions\, the inclusion of technical competitions 
 such as coding competitions and hackathons was discussed to provide attend
 ees with opportunities for practical skill development and friendly compet
 ition. A variety of other technical and fun event ideas were also explored
  to ensure a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for all participants.\n
 \nDetailed discussions were held regarding the optimal date\, duration\, a
 nd venue for the event\, taking into account factors such as participant a
 vailability\, logistical feasibility\, and budgetary constraints. Strategi
