 hern VA/Washington joint section Vehicular Technology Society chapter and 
 a radio amateur.\n\nPrerequisites: Bring and know how to use a laptop runn
 ing a recent version of Windows with Wi-Fi\, an open USB port\, at least 1
  GB of available disk space\, a modern web browser\, and charger. You must
  have sufficient privileges to install drivers and programs and view docum
 ents. An Android or Apple smartphone with a browser and text messaging cap
