  USC. He is a Registered Engineer in the State of California and is a cert
 ified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is the current Vice Chair 
 and Treasurer of the IEEE SFV section. His other volunteer activities are 
 Chief Judge for Speech Contests in District 52 of Toastmasters Internation
 al and university engineering program evaluator for ABET.\n\nTitle: Satcom
