  DAY 2024 Student Ambassador Event under the theme &quot;Study and career plann
 ing for college students majoring in electric power.&quot;\nAligned with the ov
 erarching theme of &quot;Empowering Innovation in Electric Vehicles&quot; for IEEE P
 ES DAY 2024\, the event was organized by the IEEE PES Nanjing Chapter\, ai
 ming to collaborate with IEEE members\, young professionals in the power a
 nd energy sector\, and budding researchers to advance scientific studies r
 elated to electric vehicles.\nDuring the event\, 2024 Student Ambassadors 
 Chen Xuejie and Chen Zhaorui had the privilege of inviting two graduate st
 udents from Hohai University\, Shao Junjie\, and Yuan Jiangfan\, to share 
 their insights and experiences in research and learning. The event attract
 ed participation from over 40 undergraduate and graduate students.\nIn the
  Q&amp;A session\, students engaged in in-depth discussions with the student r
 epresentatives on topics such as identifying high-quality scientific probl
 ems and writing high-level papers.\nUnder the guidance of the IEEE PES Nan
 jing Chapter\, the SEERI research group took on the offline organization a
 nd promotion of the event. Thanks to students such as Chen Xuejie\, Chen Z
 haorui\, Zhao Xiang\, Shao Junjie\, Chen Runrun\, Yuan Jiangfan\, and othe
