DESCRIPTION:About AI Bridge\n\nAI Bridge 2024\, promoted by the IEEE Comput

 isciplinary event held on October 18 and 19 in João Pessoa\, Paraíba\, B
 razil. Focused on exploring the transformative role of Artificial Intellig
 ence (AI) as a bridge between disciplines\, the event aimed to connect aca
 demia\, industry and society to promote innovative\, ethical and inclusive
  solutions. AI Bridge brought together students\, researchers\, professors
 \, industry professionals and entrepreneurs to discuss topics related to t
 he application of AI in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)\, with an
  emphasis on inclusion\, diversity and technological advancement. The prog
 ram included lectures\, workshops\, competitions\, project presentations a
 nd networking moments\, strengthening the connection between technical kno
 wledge and social impact.\n\nPrograms of the event\n\n- Hackathon of AI pr
 oject\n- Competition of best Artificial Intelligence Educational Video Con
 tent\n- Farol Digital stand\n- IEEE CIS stand\n- Mentorship program for St
 udent Women in AI Research\n\nMentorship program for Student Women in AI R
 esearch: Led by Professor Natasha Correia Queiroz Lino from UFPB\, this pr
 ogram offered guidance to 14 women participants\, prioritizing women in IE
 EE. We also had the opportunity to learn from two exceptional mentors\, El
 ayni Franco\, a data scientist at Localiza company and undergraduate in Da
 ta Science and Artificial Intelligence at UFPB and Victória Grisi\, a Com
 puter Science student at UFPB\, academic board of the AI ​​league\, re
 searcher at ARIA lab at UFPB and an intern at the multinational Oracle.\n\
