ineering Auditorium\, 5050 Anthony Wayne\, Detroit\, MI 48202.\n\nThis yea
r's Symposium\, “Materials\, Processes\, and Devices for Novel Computing
Hardware”\, will discuss cutting-edge research on novel computing parad
igms that transcend traditional CMOS devices and von Neumann architectures
. We will explore the fundamental material\, device\, and interconnect res
earch driving these advancements and examine the role of vacuum science\,
nanofabrication\, and advanced manufacturing in enabling the fabrication o
f eåmerging devices and systems.\n\nThe AVS Michigan Chapter Spring Sympo
sium brings together local universities and industry\, academics\, researc
hers\, students\, and industry sponsors. The Symposium will consist of thr
ee plenaries and six invited talks. There will also be around two hours of
dedicated vendor exhibition time\, a student poster presentation\, a rece
ption\, and a poster award ceremony.\n\n[]\n\nCo-sponsored by: American Va
