 et from the Presidio Tunnel Tops. There is also parking near 220 Halleck S
 treet at the intersection of Halleck St and French Ct. Please note that mo
 st parking lots in the Presidio charge an hourly fee\, which is paid at th
 e kiosk in the lot.\n\nPicnic Place is easily accessible via public transi
 t! If you are coming via the free Presidio Shuttle\, exit the Shuttle at t
