 .\n\nThe annual Student Leadership Congress has been running for over 20 y
 ears. Themed around Leadership &amp; Innovation\, this year’s Congress will 
 foster collaboration between the generation of students and professionals 
 and discuss the transition from student engineer to engineering practition
 er.\n\n· The 2024 SC will feature a wide spectrum of interesting talks an
 d panels given by eminent leaders in industry\, academia\, and government 
 high institutions who will share their knowledge on the limitations and ch
 allenges of emerging AI technologies and how they will change education\, 
 teaching and corporate innovation.\n\n· The 2024 IEEE Canada SC represent
 s an opportunity to assist you in tackling the professional development sk
 ills gap by learning from HR Managers\, recruiters and hiring Managers of 
 top-notch worldwide companies. This is also an opportunity to know about o
 perational knowledge of IEEE\, discuss challenges and practical solutions 
 to run a successful Student Branch\, network with industrials and HR manag
 ers looking to fulfill open internships and job positions and celebrate ou
 tstanding contributions of IEEE Canada Students involved in IEEE Canada St
 udent activities.\n\nWho can attend?\n\nThis representative should ideally
  be the Student Branch Chair or Vice Chair for the 2024-2025 school year. 
 However\, any Student Branch Leader or Counsellor for the upcoming school 
 year who has not attended the Congress previously can be the Student Branc
 h Representative who is eligible for the travel reimbursement. Additional 
 Student Branch Leaders and Counsellors may attend if space is available\, 
 but they will be responsible for their own travel expenses.\n\nRegistratio
 n fee: $500 per attendee of the Student Congress.\n\nTravel reimbursements
  from IEEE Canada for up to 1000 CAD are provided for ONE Student Branch R
 epresentative who has never attended an IEEE Canada Student Congress in th
 e past. If this is insufficient for some delegates with longer distances t
 o travel\, please request additional funding with a detailed budget from t
 he Region Treasurer (treasurer@ieee.ca) or Region President (president@iee
