DESCRIPTION:The Denver chapter of the IEEE PES/IAS is the region’s foremo
 st organization representing electrical and power engineers. Our mission i
 s to further education and professional development\; provide professional
  and social networking opportunities\; and encourage student involvement i
 n the industry through project funding\, scholarships\, and event subsidie
 s. The annual PES/IAS golf tournament has become a fun-filled tradition th
 at helps raise funds for activities that support the chapter’s mission. 
 Examples include:\n\n- Maintaining the $0 meeting and dinner fee for stude
 nts\n- Providing project funding to student senior design teams for the an
 nual PK Sen awards\n- Maintaining low meeting and dinner fees for professi
 onals\n- Hosting special events such as facility tours and networking happ
 y hours\n\nSPONSORSHIP AND REGISTRATION OPPORTUNITIES\n\nIEEE PES/IAS is a
  non-profit organization and we depend upon the generosity of our corporat
 e sponsors to help fund scholarships\, educational dinners\, and other com
 munity outreach programs. Sponsorship opportunities are available for comp
 anies interested in having their name and logo in front of local Colorado 
 engineers. Depending on your level of support\, your company name will be 
 introduced at each dinner\, golf tournament\, and award ceremony throughou
 t the next year. Sponsorship & general registration options are noted belo
 w:\n\n- $175 per player ($85 for student members)\n- $500 Bronze Package (
 Foursome)\n- $550 Silver Sponsor Package (Foursome w/ string & mulligans)\
 n- $650 Gold Sponsor Package (Foursome w/ hole sponsorship)\n- $700 Platin
