They are inextricably linked. Science\, engineering \, and technology-related institutions have to come forward at the speed a t which the world is moving forward with the help of artificial intelligen ce\, IoT\, robotics\, machine learning\, electronics\, ICT\, etc. technolo gies. Accepted papers were submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subjec t to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
