 h 13\,500+ members\, endorses the statement on diversity\nand inclusion of
  IEEE. IEEE is committed to advancing diversity in the technical professio
 n\, and to\npromoting an inclusive and equitable culture that welcomes\, e
 ngages\, and rewards all who contribute to\nthe field\, without regard to 
 race\, religion\, gender\, disability\, age\, national origin\, sexual ori
 entation\,\ngender identity\, or gender expression.\nIn this talk\, the MT
 T-S society will be presented in the framework of MTT-S AdCom and D&amp\;I
  Committee\nwith particular focus on inclusion\, equity\, and diversity. A
 n introduction of the MTT-S to the community\nmembers about the AdCom\, th
 e responsibilities of the SC\, opportunities and resources\, benefits for\
 ncareer development\, how to get involved into MTT-S and become volunteer\
 , etc. How to engage senior\nprofessionals by inviting them to deliver tal
 ks to the young professionals to share their experiences or\nadvice on how
  do research or how to have better career development\, how to writing goo
