This year’s even t will be on Saturday\, September 7th. The suite will be open at 5:30pm\, and game will start at 7:00pm. The Whitecaps will be hosting the Lansing L ugNuts\, a Class A minor league baseball team affiliated with the Oakland A's. We will be watching and enjoying some great food in the ballpark's be autiful Super Suite. Come join us\, enjoy catered food\, and watch the gam e in either air-conditioned comfort or on the outdoor balcony!\n\nThis soc ial is free to all grades of IEEE members\, including students. However\, our combo suite only has space for about 75 people\, so sign up ASAP becau se tickets will be issued on a first come first serve basis. This will be a great opportunity to meet your fellow West Michigan engineering colleagu es in a relaxed social setting. Besides admittance to the game\, we will h ave free food and drink (non-alcoholic) in the suite (alcoholic beverages are available for purchase in the park). We have again chosen a Saturday g ame to minimize work conflicts\, so we hope you can join us!\n\nWhile this event is free for all IEEE members\, there is a small fee of $20 for ever yone else. Again\, attendance is limited to 75 so please register ASAP.\n\ nRegistered members (and paid guests if applicable) will receive their tic kets on game day at the park from 5:30pm to 6:55pm at the IEEE table in fr ont of the main entrance. If the ball game is rained out\, everyone will h ave the opportunity to attend a rescheduled game or get a full refund from the Section.
