 of the UC San Diego IEEE Student Branch.\n\nI am writing to request the IE
 EE San Diego Section’s support to send two IEEE student branch officers 
 to the 2025 IEEE Rising Stars Conference (www.ieee-risingstars.org/) in La
 s Vegas January 3-5. IEEE Rising Stars serves as a link between a large po
 ol of diverse students and early career professionals with presentations o
 n both technical and professional topics. And many of the industry partici
 pants are actively recruiting students at the conference for internships a
 nd jobs.\n\nIEEE Rising Stars will allow us to connect what we learn in th
 e university environment to what the industry standards are\, provide us w
 ith invaluable career knowledge\, give us the opportunity to meet members 
 from other student branches to share best practices and to display our stu
 dent branch projects in a Project Showcase.\n\nThe estimated cost of atten
 dance per individual for IEEE Rising Stars is $737. This amount covers the
  registration fee\, transportation\, lodging\, and meals.\n\nSection Offic

 luded.\nThere will be a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of what
  IEEE has to offer your members and to learn how to better engage them.\n\
 nWe will provide time for discussions so that any questions you have about
