 2: Decoding the Course of Action Regarding Emails Received from IEEE\n\nDi
 scussions: The Chairman shared the following emails received from IEEE:\n\
 n- vTools Release Announcement\n- MGA Geographic Unit Election Process Upd
 ates\n- Call for Nominations: 2024 MGA Individual Awards\n- MGA Geographic
  Unit Election Training\n- Review and Upload of Governing Documents\n\nThe
  contents of these emails were reviewed and discussed among the members.\n
 \nAction Items: The information shared by IEEE through these emails will b
 e further analyzed and appropriate actions will be taken as needed.\n\nAge
 nda Item #3: vTools Reporting of Events Held\n\nDiscussions: The technical
 ly sponsored events held so far were discussed\, and all members were advi
 sed to submit reports for these events and upload them to the IEEE vTools 
 event reporting system.\n\nAction Items: Event reports will be prepared an
 d uploaded to the IEEE vTools platform as required.\n\nAgenda Item #4: Org
 anizing Membership Drives\n\nDiscussions: Discussions regarding organizing
  future membership drives were initiated\, and strategies for increasing m
 embership were considered.\n\nAction Items: Further planning and execution
  of membership drives will be discussed and implemented.\n\nAgenda Item #5
 : Next IEEE Events and Meeting\n\nDiscussions: Members provided suggestion
 s for the organization of future IEEE events and the scheduling of the nex
