 l development.\n\nPromotion and Publicity\n\nThe recruitment drive was pro
 moted through the following channels:\n- Posters across campus.\n- Social 
 media platforms (Instagram\, LinkedIn).\n- Email campaigns to department m
 ailing lists.\n- Word of mouth and peer-to-peer recommendations.\n\nPre-Ev
 ent Preparations\n\nIncluded Venue Setup\, Resource Materials and Presenta
 tion\n\nEvent Flow\n\n1. Welcome Address: The event started with a warm we
 lcome by IEEE Chairperson\, who introduced the IEEE Student Branch and its
  mission.\n\n2. Interactive Session with Members: Current IEEE council mem
 bers shared their experiences\, involvement in past events\, and how IEEE 
 helped in their personal and professional growth.\n\n3. Interviews with Fi
 rst-Year Students:\n\n3.1. Interviews were conducted to evaluate and selec
 t the best first-year students based on their skills\, enthusiasm\, and po
 tential contribution to IEEE. These interviews aimed to assess their fit w
 ithin specific domains and leadership roles in the future.\n\n3.2. The per
 formance of first-year students during the recruitment process was also co
 nsidered in these interviews\, and the top candidates were selected for fu
 rther involvement in various IEEE activities.\n\n4. Membership Process: Th
 e membership procedure was explained\, and students were guided on how to 
 sign up for IEEE through the official website.\n\nOutcome and Follow-Up\n\
 nThe recruitment drive was successful in achieving its goals. Many new mem
 bers signed up\, and several expressed interest in actively participating 
 in future IEEE events and activities.\nThe newly recruited members were ad
