 sponding\, valuing\, organizing and\ncharacterization\nVision and Mission\
 nStrategy\nHabits – Discussing about the Bell Curve concept\nHe highligh
 ted the importance of these points through various real-life experiences t
 hat he had in his early life. He thus made the session more interactive an
 d engaging. The oath was taken by President\, Vice Presidents of ETSA-IETE
  and Chairman\, Co-chairman of IEEE SPS Student Chapter.\n\nOverall\, the 
 induction program was designed to inspire and equip new members with the k
 nowledge and enthusiasm needed to actively participate in the various acti
