 terest in the STEM Explorer Festival\, presented in partnership with the C
 ity of Largo. We are pleased to invite you to attend our event as a presen
 ter. The event will be held on Saturday\, January 18\, 2025\, from 10:00AM
  to 2:00PM at Largo Central Park\, 101 Central Park Dr\, Largo\, FL 33771.
 \n\nOur goal is to provide hands-on\, interactive learning opportunities f
 or our students that showcase the STEM skills used by various employers an
 d community organizations in Pinellas County. Please contact Cathie Mullin

 \nREGISTRATION CLOSED\n\nWhat: STEM Explorer Festival 2025 – this event 
 is also combined with the City of Largo Touch-a-Truck event and the Florid
 a Water Festival so there will be quite a bit of activity at the park!\n\n
 When: Saturday\, 1/18/2025 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM\n\nWhere: Largo Central 
 Park\, 101 Central Park Drive\, Largo\, FL 33771\n\nCheck-in: Check-in wil
 l be on the portico of the Largo Cultural Center. Look for the sign for yo
 ur event (STEM Fest\, Touch-a-Truck\, or Water Festival). Please see the a
 ttached map.\n\nSet-up: Begins at 8:00AM. IMPORTANT: No field access will 
 be allowed this year. Please bring a cart to transport your materials from
  the parking lot. Temporary parking to drop off materials may be done in l
 ots 1 or 3. Please do not use lot 2 as that is reserved for Touch a Truck.
  See attached map for more field access and parking information. A map wit
 h your exact location will be sent the week before the event.\n\nBreakfast
  and Lunch: All exhibitors will be provided breakfast and lunch. Breakfast
  will be available at check-in. Wristbands will be provided to all exhibit
 ors for lunch\, which will be available in the Parkview Room at the Largo 
 Cultural Center. Volunteers will also be delivering lunches in case you ar
 e too busy to step away from your exhibit.\n\nExhibits: Please ensure that
  your exhibit showcases the STEM skills used in your organization and allo
 ws children to participate in hands-on activities. We encourage you to sha
 re career information for your field. However\, no goods may be sold at ST
 EM Fest.\n\n- Please note that\, weather permitting\, the Pinellas County 
 Sheriff&#39;s Office will land the police helicopter in the middle of the Larg
 o Central Park field. This will create quite a lot of wind. Due to the nat
 ure of police work\, we may only be able to give you a very short notice t
 hat they will be landing. We appreciate your understanding.\n\nOther Detai
 ls: Please note that there is limited availability of electrical power in 
 the park. I will make every effort to place exhibits near power outlets wh
 ere required\, however\, please plan to bring power strips if you need mor
 e than one power outlet. There is no Wi-Fi in Largo Central Park.\n\nRestr
 ooms: Are located near the playground.\n\nQuiet hours: We request that noi
 se be limited from 10:00AM to 12:00PM to allow younger children and those
