  talks\, webinars\, Competitions\, social initiatives\, and networking opp
 ortunities. These events were planned to align with IEEE’s mission of te
 chnological advancement.\n\nFinalization of Schedule: The exact dates\, ve
 nues\, and timings for each event were finalized. It was decided that all 
 technical sessions will be held in the college auditorium\, with the hands
 -on workshops in the computer lab. Dates for keynote speeches\, competitio
 ns\, and other activities were locked in.\n\nFormation of Organizing Teams
 : Eight organizing teams were formed:\n\n- Event Management Team\n- Design
