 he BICEN auditorium\, IEEE UFS will hold a special lecture dedicated to th
 e inclusion of women in technology courses and exact areas. The event will
  feature the participation of professors\, master&#39;s students and undergrad
 uates from UFS\, as well as professionals already in the job market\, incl
 uding representatives from the Federal Institute of Sergipe (IFS - Lagarto
  campus). High school students from Colégio Armindo Guaraná are also pre
 sent\, further enriching the discussion.\n\nThe main objective of the lect
 ure is to promote a space for open dialogue about the challenges and achie
 vements of women in fields traditionally dominated by men.\n\nThe guests w
 ill share their professional trajectories\, addressing both the barriers t
 hey faced and the successful strategies for promoting gender equality. Thi
 s sharing aims to inspire new generations\, including high school alumni\,
  to pursue careers in STEM (science\, technology\, engineering and mathema
 tics).\n\nThe event will include a question and answer session\, allowing 
 participants to interact directly with the guests and ask questions about 
 topics such as the importance of mentoring\, support networks and initiati
 ves that can be innovative to strengthen the female presence in these area
