 nt was “Know about IEEE”. Ms. Prathista Anchan\, Chair\, IEEE Student 
 Branch welcomed the gathering and gave a prelude to the event. In her addr
 ess\, she explained the significance of the celebration. Prof. Vasudeva\, 
 Student Branch Counselor gave a presentation on IEEE\, benefits of Joining
  IEEE and the initiatives of IEEE Mangalore Subsection. Mr. Shreyas B G\, 
 Web Master (IEEE SB) and Ms. Hamsa Priya conducted a quiz on IEEE and IEEE
  related technologies. The goodies received from IEEE were given as prizes
  to the winners. Mr. Chandra Singh\, Professional Member of IEEE from the 
 institute was also present during the event. More than 100 students (both
