DESCRIPTION:This event of IEEE DAY Celebration 2024 is organized by IEEE BB
 DITM in Collaboration with the cultural society of the college Karmavesh. 
  The Group Discussion provided a platform for students to debate and discu
 ss the relevance of Gandhian ideals in the 21st century. The topic revolve
 d around how principles like non-violence\, self-reliance\, and truth coul
 d be applied to today’s global challenges such as climate change\, polit
 ical instability\, and social injustice. The participants were divided int
 o small groups\, and each group was given time to present their arguments.
  The discussion was vibrant\, with participants offering diverse perspecti
 ves—some argued that Gandhi’s teachings are more relevant than ever\, 
 while others pointed out the challenges in applying those principles in a 
 highly technological and globalized world. The discussion highlighted how 
 Gandhi’s vision of self-sufficiency (Swaraj) could inspire solutions for
  modern-day sustainability issues. The session ended with a consensus that
  while the world has changed dramatically since Gandhi’s time\, his valu
 es remain timeless and can guide us toward a more equitable and peaceful f
