Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—including SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy)\, SDG 9 (Industry\, Innovation\, and Infra structure)\, and SDG 13 (Climate Action)—the competition encouraged stud ents to propose technological solutions that contribute to a more sustaina ble future.\n\nWith 50 teams from diverse disciplines\, the event featured poster presentations on topics such as renewable energy technologies\, wa ste management systems\, eco-friendly materials\, and sustainable infrastr ucture. Each team was allotted 5-7 minutes to present their ideas\, follow ed by an engaging Q&A session with the judges and audience.\n\nPromotion o f Upcoming IEEE IAS Chapter:\n\nDuring the event\, the IEEE Student Branch took the opportunity to promote the upcoming launch of the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS) Chapter at Galgotias University. The IAS Chapte r aims to focus on bridging the gap between academia and industry\, provid ing students with insights into industry trends\, applications\, and caree r opportunities in areas like power systems\, industrial automation\, and renewable energy solutions.
