 s. Second-year students were encouraged to contribute by preparing questio
 ns and taking on technical roles in organizing the event.\n\nA major focus
  of the meeting was encouraging leadership and responsibility among second
 -year students. They were invited to take on both technical and managerial
  roles\, with guidance on role selection based on personal strengths and c
 areer aspirations. The introduction of mentorship programs further support
 ed students in transitioning into leadership positions for future events.\
