DESCRIPTION:The journey to Net Zero is well underway\, and the achievement
of this target requires continued deployment of renewable energy assets ar
ound the world. This talk will cover the challenges and opportunities asso
ciated with this shift in the global economy\, with a particular focus on
Australia and Queensland. Paul will share learnings from the projects deli
vered to date and the outlook for what needs to be done over the coming de
cade\, sharing insights on renewable energy technologies and trends\, and
the vital role of transmission\, distribution and storage assets to enable
these increasing volumes of renewable energy. Paul will also discuss the
intersection between the electricity sector and the decarbonisation of oth
 er sectors\, including heavy industry.\n\nRoom: 117\, Bldg: Building 506\,
