 logical advancements and innovation. Our goal was to provide a platform fo
 r participants to think creatively\, collaborate\, and showcase ideas that

 ven participants took part in the event\, each delivering a presentation o
 n their unique ideas. The topics covered a wide range of technological app
 lications\, from smart devices to AI-driven solutions\, each focusing on a
 ddressing practical challenges faced by individuals or communities.\n\nRul
 es and Structure:\nParticipants were required to submit a well-structured 
 write-up of a maximum of two pages that included:\n\n-\nA properly defined
  Problem Statement\n\n-\nThe motivation behind the proposed idea\n\n-\nDet
 ailed Explanation of the Idea\n\nDuring the event\, each participant was g
 iven 5 minutes to present their idea\, followed by a 5-minute Q&amp;A session 
 where panellists provided valuable feedback and posed insightful questions
 .\n\nEvent Proceedings:\nThe event commenced with a short speech by Dr. S.
 K. Singh\, who emphasized the importance of innovation in technological ad
 vancements. The panellists for the event included Dr Anjali Gautam\, Dr Sh
 iv Ram Dubey\, and Dr Navjot Singh\, who evaluated the presentations based
  on originality\, feasibility\, and potential impact.\n\nA total of 8 stud
 ents actively participated\, each presenting their innovative ideas within
  the stipulated time. The ideas covered a diverse range of topics within t
 he technology domain\, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills
 .\n\nAwards and Recognition:\nThe first and second prizes were awarded on 
 October 20\, 2024\, during the IEEE Conference CVMI\, organized by CVBL. T
 he winners were recognized for their exceptional ideas and presentation sk
