 the lecture:\nFast charging of electric vehicles plays an important role i
 n adoption and\nwidespread use of electric vehicles. Fast charging offers 
 a practical solution\nfor drivers during their journeys to charge the vehi
 cles in 10 to 15 minutes to\ndrive for another 300 to 400km or even more d
 epending on the vehicle and\ncharger capacity. Hence\, there is an increas
 ing importance to advance the\nfast-charging technologies of EV batteries 
 and their deployment. In this\npresentation\, the following topics will be
  discussed: Charging system\nconfiguration of EVs\, Fast Charger requireme
 nts\, technical specifications\,\nrequirements\, fast chargers with ac and
  dc distribution network\, ac/dc front\nend topologies\, dc/dc converter t
 opologies\, partial power converters\, and\nimpact of fast charging on the
