 tallurgical Engineering\, NTUA\, are pleased to invite you to a two-day ev
 ent on Thursday\, November 21\, and Friday\, November 22\, 2024\, in honor
  of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.\n
 \nThe event aims to:\n\n- Raise awareness about gender-based violence\, di
 scrimination\, sexism\, and other harassing behaviors.\n- Offer workshops 
 to:\n- Inform and train participants on handling various forms of harassme
 nt and sexist behaviors.\n- Increase awareness on how each of us can contr
 ibute to the establishment of an equal and inclusive work environment.\n\n
 Day 1 (November 21\, 2024) will feature a presentation and a training work
 shop focused on gender discrimination\, sexism\, and other forms of violen
 ce. These activities will take place in parallel in Athens (Multimedia Roo
 m\, NTUA Library) and Thessaloniki (Amphitheatre I\, KEDEA – AUTh).\n\nD
 ay 2 (November 22\, 2024) will bring together the ECE School and the Schoo
 l of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering for a joint workshop led by the

  to the economic and professional empowerment of women and the advancement
