 ofessionals\, and retirees in a collaborative environment designed to prom
 ote gender balance\, professional growth\, and intergenerational learning.
  Through keynotes\, interactive workshops\, and recognition awards\, the s
 ummit encourages active engagement and highlights the unique contributions
  of each member. By offering hybrid participation options and prioritizing
  accessibility\, the summit aims to create an inclusive space where all vo
 ices contribute to the sustainable and innovative future of the energy sec
