 onsoring the 2024 ECE Graduating PhD Research Presentation Competition.\n\
 nFour graduating PhD students (listed below) will do a 15-minute presentat
 ion on their research. The presentations will be judged and 2 awards will 
 be given: (1) IEEE PES PhD Presentation Award and (2) IEEE Section PhD Pre
 sentation Award. Each award winner will also get $200.\n\nCompeting PhD Pr
 esenters (in tentative order of presentation) are:\n\n- Sophia Owais (Advi
