  where both parties agreed to establish "SZCU-ITU MetaCenter for Advanced 
 Photonics & Electronics."\n\nIEE Joint Chapter\, Lahore section organised 
 this event. Federal Minister for Planning\, Development and Special Initia
 tives Prof. Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhary was invited by worthy Vice Chancellor IT
 U\, Prof. Adnan Mian Noor\, and ITU Administration to grace the event. Thi
