DESCRIPTION:Dear WIE members and enthusiasts\,\n\nyou are kindly invited to
  the first event in a new series of meetings with Women in Engineering in 
 Switzerland.\n\n1. The meetings will take place online on the last Friday 
 of each month and have an open format: you come in whenever you want\, tal
 k and leave when you are ready.\n\n2. As a WIE community\, we will discuss
  topics related to our pain points 😟 and look for solutions that will l
 ead us to our island of happiness🏝.\n\n3. Each meeting will have a main
  topic\, but if it turns out that other topics are currently more importan
 t\, no problem\, we will change priorities.\n\n4. WIE is about inclusivity
  and equity\, everyone can participate. The condition is a supportive atti
 tude and a civilized discussion.\n\n5. 6. Do you want to invite your colle
 ague who is not in IEEE\, a colleague who is interested in the topic\, or 
 a partner who just wants to listen? The door is open\, I invite everyone t
